How It Works
Every PTGR excursion follows the same clear, structured process—from your first enquiry to the moment your visa is in hand.
Transparent costs
150,000 ETB
Visa Service Fee
Payable when the Service Agreement is signed. It covers document preparation and review, invitation letters, appointment accompaniment, and passport collection. This fee is non-refundable because the work is completed regardless of the embassy outcome.
Excursion Fee
Paid alongside the visa service fee to secure your place. If the visa is refused, the excursion fee is reimbursed in full.
Submit Your Request
01Send your request online or speak with a PTGR representative. We ask for your background, passport, and a recent bank statement confirming you can cover the programme.
Review & Acceptance
02Our team reviews every request individually. Once your request meets our criteria, we confirm acceptance and invite you to the next stage.
Service Agreement & Payment
03Sign one Service Agreement covering participation terms, travel purpose, and your intention to return to Ethiopia. The visa service and excursion fees then become payable.
Guidelines & Document Preparation
04We email your complete guidelines and document requirements. You compile the documents; we review and refine them with you until they meet embassy standards.
Invitation Letters & Final Scheduling
05PTGR prepares your official invitation letter and supporting documentation, then confirms the final dates of your excursion.
Visa Appointment
06Your embassy appointment is scheduled—and you will not attend alone. A PTGR representative accompanies participants to the appointment.
Decision & Passport Collection
07Once a decision is made, PTGR collects your visa and passport directly from the embassy on your behalf. No queuing and no extra trips.
